Grievance Redressal and Dispute Settlement Mechanism

As a part of client’s grievance redressal and dispute settlement mechanism, all disputes arising between the client and the Research Analyst shall, to the extent possible, be settled amicably by prompt negotiations between both the parties at the earliest.

The Research Analyst shall attend to and resolve the client complaints, on best effort basis, within a period of 21 days from the date of receipt of compliant, as required by SEBI.
If the client remains dissatisfied with the remedies offered or the stand taken by the Research Analyst, the Investor and the Research Analyst shall abide by the following mechanisms.

SEBI Complaints Redressal System (SCORES)
SEBI has set up an online complaints redressal system (SCORES) for easy retrieval and tracking of complaints by investors.

In case the client is not satisfied by the steps taken by the Research Analyst, Clients may also opt to lodge their complaints and track the status of that complaint through SCORES. The Research Analyst will receive and redress the complaints according to procedure prescribed by SEBI. Arbitration and Conciliation In the event of failure to settle the dispute by mutual negotiations, it may be resolved by arbitration in accordance with provisions of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or any statutory requirement, modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force. Such Arbitration proceedings shall be held at Mumbai and the language of Arbitration will be English. The cost of arbitration will be borne as decided by the arbitrator(s). The award of the arbitrator will final and binding on the parties.
